L-a-glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC) is also known as Choline glycerophosphate,It is a product of phosphatidylcholine, the two fatty acyl groups on the lecithin molecule, which are completely hydrolyzed.It is a water-soluble phospholipid that naturally exists in the human body.

1) Alpha GPC increase a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine. This brain chemical is important for memory and learning functions .
